Yes, the service providers (Artisans) are independent freelancers who offer their expertise through the app. Ms Q Artisans acts as a dispatcher, connecting you with the right Artisan.

3. How are Artisans matched with customers?
Artisans are matched based on their availability, location, and the service requested. You can also view Artisan profiles and ratings to make an informed choice.

4. Can I cancel a booking?
Yes, you can cancel a booking within a specified time frame without incurring charges. However, cancellations outside this period may result in charges.

5. How do I pay for services?
Payments are processed through the app using the provided payment methods. You'll see the pricing details before confirming a booking.

6. What if I have a dispute with an Artisan?
Ms Q Artisans doesn't intervene in disputes between customers and Artisans. However, you can email operations@msqassociates.com for assistance.
