1. Initial Client Contact and Appointment Confirmation:

Respond promptly to inquiries and requests for appointments.
Gather information about the client's preferences, any specific nail concerns, and potential allergies to products.

Confirm the appointment date, time, and location with the client.
Provide instructions on how the client can prepare their space for the session.


2. Pre-Session Preparations:

Pack your manicure and pedicure kit with sanitized and sterilized tools.
Ensure you have a variety of nail polish colors, nail art options, and high-quality products.
Arrive at the client's location on time with all necessary equipment.
5. Sanitation and Hygiene:

Adhere to strict hygiene practices, including washing hands and sanitizing your tools.
Lay down disposable towels or liners to create a clean workspace.


3. Manicure and Pedicure Session:

Set up a comfortable area with proper lighting for the client.
Begin by soaking the client's hands or feet in warm water to soften the skin and nails.
Gently trim and shape the nails, taking care to avoid cutting too short.
Push back and trim cuticles as needed, always being gentle.
Offer exfoliation and a relaxing massage for hands and feet.
Apply the client's chosen nail polish color neatly and professionally.
Provide nail art or additional treatments if requested.


4. Post-Session Care:

Provide aftercare advice, including tips on maintaining the nails and the longevity of the nail polish.
Offer the client a drying solution to ensure the polish sets properly.
Leave the client's space clean and tidy, disposing of any used materials appropriately.
