Welcome to Ms Q Artisans Mobile App ("the App"). The following terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the App and the services provided through it. By accessing and using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully before using the App.

1. Services Overview:

The Ms Q Artisans Mobile App provides a platform that connects users ("Customers") seeking home services such as hourly tutoring, hourly massage therapy, haircut, housekeeping, manicure, and pedicure ("Services") with independent service providers ("Artisans") who are freelancers offering these services. The App acts as a dispatcher, facilitating the connection between Customers and Artisans.

2. Eligibility:

By using the App, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into binding contracts. If you are accessing the App on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Service Provider Relationship:

Artisans using the App are independent contractors and freelancers. They are not employees, agents, or partners of Ms Q Artisans. As such, Ms Q Artisans is not responsible for the actions, behavior, or quality of services provided by the Artisans.

4. Service Booking:

Customers can use the App to request services from Artisans. The App will connect the Customer with available Artisans based on location, availability, and service requested. The final selection of an Artisan is at the discretion of the Customer.

5. Payment:

Customers will be charged for the Services they book through the App. Payment details, including the pricing for each service, will be displayed before confirming a booking. Ms Q Artisans will facilitate the payment process and may use third-party payment processors.

6. Cancellations and Refunds:

Customers may cancel a booked service within a specified time frame, as indicated in the App. Cancellations after this period may result in charges. Refund policies vary depending on the circumstances and the Artisan's discretion.

7. Conduct:

Users of the App, both Customers and Artisans, are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

8. Liability:

Ms Q Artisans is not liable for any damages, injuries, losses, or claims arising from the use of the App or the services provided by Artisans. Artisans are responsible for their own actions and services.

9. Intellectual Property:

The content and design of the App, including text, graphics, images, and logos, are protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not use, reproduce, or distribute this content without prior written consent from Ms Q Artisans.

10. Modification of Terms:

Ms Q Artisans reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Termination:

Ms Q Artisans may terminate or suspend access to the App, in whole or in part, at its discretion. Users may also deactivate their accounts at any time.
